It works as a compass to guide you through all sorts of topics in many areas, such as organizational changes or developments, composition of teams, personal performance at work or otherwise, career counseling, communications, personal growth.

The experience I gained from working in organizational changes and coaching will be effective for your processes and issues. An introductory training in the use of the enneagram for you and your organization at the start of organizational changes might help to ease plain sailing.
The use of the enneagram in coaching and business training programmes has proved to be valuable. A series of coaching sessions starts with an interview in which you'll recognise your personality profile. We'll discuss how to handle your patterns effectively.
